Loyalty program

5% of the amount of each purchase is credited to the bonus account (excluding shipping costs). 

Points are awarded 2 calendar days after the date of purchase.

You can debit the accumulated points when placing an order on the website, while you need to log in to your personal account and select online payment.

You can pay with points no more than 50% of the purchase amount. If the amount of accumulated points is lower than the purchase price, the system will automatically calculate the amount of the required surcharge and you will be redirected to the online card payment page. If the number of points exceeds the purchase price, the remaining part after debiting will remain on your account in your personal account.

To spend points in the offline store, simply give your phone number to a store employee or use the QR code from the Wallet app before paying for your purchase. In this case, you can make an additional payment either by bank card or in cash.

When paying for a purchase with points, no new points are awarded from this purchase.

When returning an item for which points were awarded, such points are also deducted from your account.

When returning an item purchased using points, such points will be refunded to your account within 3 business days. If you cancel an order before it is confirmed by the manager, issued with partial payment of points, such points will be returned to your bonus account automatically within 1 business day.

No points are awarded when purchasing a gift certificate.
